I realized today that I really need to figure out what I want to do with this blog thing. I don't want it to be a waste of time. I guess for me the issue may be that I want to be able to share some of my thoughts with others in a format like this, but I'm still a little afraid to do so. I'm also just not sure who the others should be.
Moving on... I was reading my introductory blog a minute ago... not sure why it got cut off at the bottom. Maybe it was too long. It is cool to look back. My temp job did end early, which I'm actually grateful for. I was able to go to Michigan to spend Mother's Day with my mom, which was really good. Now I'm back on the job search again I guess.
My favorite things to do while unemployed:
- Have completely unrestricted quiet times
- Spend time outside on beautiful days (which we've had a lot of lately)
- Work on stuff for Awakening (the singles worship gathering I oversee)
- Read (currentlly reading Worship Evangelism)
- Spend time on the Internet, especially reading things from those that have done research on my generation
